The Opus register key is HIGHER than than the R-13. I haven't had troubles
with my Bb/B (thank goodness). But since my previous horn was an R-13, I can
safely say the key designs are very similar, if not the same (meaning there
might be a microscopic difference that I can't detect). besides if you were
to use Mr. Galper's register tube/key, you replace just those two mechanisms,
so I don't see how having a different ket design would affect anything.
