Who _was_ the publisher? Sometime (with some pleading) they'll reprint
100 or so copies of an out-of-print book if you can rustle up that many
buyers (or commit to buying them yourself, anyway). If the publisher is
still around they might just respond if you give them a call ... it
worked for me - once.
