How do you take apart a Vandoren reed case? I have one in my hands now

it won't come apart.

Take all your reeds out and then hold the tray tightly and pull the end
where the tips go. It is harder to pull off than the butt end, but it
will come off. The mold is probably underneath there in the grooves.
