Ah, so it's not a CD-ROM, but CD-R (i.e.; recordable). Buyers will
send their ROMs back to you for additional data? I assume this is
what you mean, otherwise it's a waste of space to put a couple of
hundred Mb on a 650 Mb disk and then not fill it up later.
