Hello list:

Just wanted to make a quick report of a most gratifying visit with
Francois Kloc of B&H Buffet in Libertyville... I was delighted to be
able to meet with him for a short while on Monday, during which he
replaced the register vent tube on my R-13 "A". This was to solve a
fuzzy E/B (T+1) problem plaguing the horn since it was new. The maneuver
was largely successful, making "A" clarinet responsibilities much more
enjoyable for me to negotiate.

But the lion's share of my delight was with Francois, himself. He had
just returned from Canada, as we'll probably hear from Avram, and he was
scheduled to participate in a master class at Northwestern later in the
day. His willingness to see me on a day filled with his own business and
public relations responsibilities, and his most gracious demeanor, made
my day.

If I were Francois' CEO, I would feel extraordinarily fortunate to have
him promoting my products.

Boosey & Hawkes Buffet is so!
