It depends on which version of the Low C Prestige he purchased. Is it the
latest model (released in May of this year) or the model previous? My
Prestige (model previous) had very low open Gs and As that also negatively
affected the overblown 12ths for the upper register. I took it to F.
Kloc, and he undercut until the problem was fixed. He also checked the
neck and adjusted.

I also had problems with the low G being sharp and the upper G (top space
on staff) being flat - some undercutting and adding of material to the
tone holes improved the pitch immensely.

I now have the newest model, and I don't have these problems......but the
solutions would be the same - take it to Francois and have him adjust by
undercutting and adjusting pad height, etc.
