I have Grand Concerts; Zonda's, and Vandoren V12's available
all the time and will generally use reeds from each maker during most
practice sessions. This has done wonders for my sanity when the
Vandoren's go through their nasty periods and it seems to have made
my embouchure more able to cope with the idosyncrasies of each reed
(either that or Vandoren is on an unprecedented run of consistency:-)
- which my teacher has not noticed.)
