Donny,
There's a few!!
The Clarinet of the 21st Century - E. Michael Richards
New Sounds for Woodwinds - Bruno Bartolozzi
Multiphonics and Other Contemporary Clarinet Techniques - Gerald Farmer
And then there's the book I'm in the process of writing!!!
These have all becomes "standards" in my library and I use them all the
time for references of all sorts in addition to the Rehfeldt book.
Also, since you live in England, Andrew Sparling would be a great
person for you to get a hold of. He's a wealth of knowledge and may
provide some helpful insights for you. Good luck with your
disseratation.
All the best,
Michael Norsworthy
