In a message dated 98-10-26 21:34:41 EST, Mr. GT Gallant, you write:

When words or phrases are in quotes as above, it may or may not be something
I
came up with. The term "orchestra drone" ha been used on this list as a
general and comical description of (so called) boring players. I've listened
to at least 12 recordings of the Weber 2nd concerto and most stink.
Therefore, I have intelligently concluded that most recordings of that
concerto are horrible based on what I've experienced. How can I be wrong or
right for stating an opinion? >>

Mr. Gallant...when you have recorded the Weber Concertos, and/or have a Major
Symphony Principal Chair...then maybe your "opinion" may be of value. You do
have a right to voice your opinion. I for one, in the future, will
automatically DELETE, without reading, ANY posts from GTGallant.

That's my right also!

How can I be right or wrong when that is my opinion. EASY!!!!!!!
