The third movement of the work can be found on MIDI at:
http://www.execpc.com/~klimowic/The%20heavy%20site.htm It is a little
slower than I would care for, but it gives you an idea of how the
accompaniment relates anyway, plus if you have a music program you can
convert the file to a score and change the tempo. That's what I usually do
because I find a lot of things are formatted to run too slowly.

Another place there are two versions plus a third version of the first
movement is The Classical Midi Archives: http://www.prs.net/midi-t-z.html#w

I mention the former site mainly because of the wide range of offerings it
has so it may be of help in the future. The superior file is G.Parmigiani's
arrangement at The Classical MIDI Archives. I would strongly suggest
bookmarking both of these sites for future use!

I response a the superior recording, several people beat me to the point
that there is no "best" interpretation. It all depends on which you like
best. I think Emma Johnson does an excellent recording of this work
included on an all Weber CD. Her interpretation is straight-forward, for
the most part, and easy to follow. She plays beautifully, and the inclusion
of her other works on the same volume is of great benefit because one can
immerse himself in Weber's style and make parallels between the different
works. The specs on the CD are
Title: Emma Johnson plays Weber
Company: ASV Digital
Selections: Two Clarinet Concertos, Concertino, Grand Duo Concertant
Copyright 1991 -- "CD DCA 747"
Accompaniment by the English Chamber Orchestra

Also, let's not forget what the SNEEZY PLEDGE DRIVE Mark was pushing for the
past month was about. A cursory entry of "Weber" into the discography
database at http://www.sneezy.org/clarinet/Databases/DiscoForm.html yielded
35 hits. While all of which don't contain Op. 74, that is definitely a
place to pick up some good ideas.

Good luck with your preparation of this piece! You asking some good
questions, and I think if you choose a recording of any of the artists
mentioned so far you will have a much feel for the piece.
