Here's an easy out if one of you plays Bb bass clarinet and can read the
bass clef. Take any hymnal, and have the soprano clarinets play the melody
and the alto parts while the bass plays the bottom notes. Leave the tenor
part out--you'll never miss it.

Alternatively, you could get vocal arrangements for a trio,
soprano-alto-baritone, and either transpose the vocal parts or have the
accompanist transpose the piano or organ part. Some electric organs and
keyboards have a transposer knob or slide that would make the transposition
automatic..
