I'll try to answer to questions at once. Dan Spitzer is principal clarinet =
in the Mississippi Symphony Orchestra; he also plays in the chamber music =
festival in Boulder, CO in the summers. In the past he has done the =
Spoleto, USA gigs.
So far as I know, Dan's face and fingers were not affected by the =
accident, so when he recovers, he should be able to resume his playing =
career. He did sustain multiple injuries, some of which are very serious. =
He has a long recovery ahead of him and needs our support and prayers.
