About XXX XXXXX. I heard that it is not safe to get your clarinet
fixed by him. I have heard stories of him pinning clarinets that were
never cracked...he just drilled the holes and said that it was and then
charged the customer for it. Maybe if you stay there the whole time and
watch him it would be safe.

I doubt that VERY much. Unless there is absolute proof of that type of
repairing, I wouldn't post an accusation like that, it might be considered
slander. He is much too big a name to even consider doing something as
blatantly stupid as that.
