Pamela Weston in, "Clarinet Virtuosi of the Past" and "More Clarinet
Virtuosi of the Past", lists Franz Wilhelm Tausch essentially as mentioned
by Mark above, including being a junior member of the orchestra at the age
of eight. She also lists him as composer of three duos, Op. 21, for
clarinet and bassoon.

Friedrich Wilhelm Tausch (1790-1845), son of Franz Wilhelm, was also a
clarinetist, but not apparently a composer.

Jacob Tausch (?-1803) was the father of Franz Wilhelm and a violinist. His
father, also Jacob, was also a musician, but no mention is made of
compositions by either Jacob.

Joseph Tausch (1763-?) was the younger brother of Franz Wilhelm and also a
clarinetist, but with no mention of compositions.

This doesn't identify the "J. Tausch" mentioned by Aimee as a composer of
clarinet/bassoon duos, but I hope it is of some help.
