No personal experience, but the Schwann catalog has a listing for Poulenc:

"Gloria in G for Soprano, Orchestra & Chorus". This, by their convention,
would mean G major, but I don't see how this could produce a bass clarinet
part in C major/a minor!

I found another listing in a catalog of recommended recordings which
indicates the "Gloria" is in g minor. This seems to make more sense,
giving you a Bb bass clarinet part in a minor.
