Maybe you could try e-mailing BASBWE (British Association of Symphonic Wind
Bands & Ensembles - see bottom of
http://www.interbs.demon.co.uk/basbwe/membership/ ). I'm not a member, and
don't know if they do have a list of groups that you could access, but they
have been asking for groups to contact them.
