True only if the purchaser wants to use Sibelius 7, the last machine-language
release of this program, which runs only on the European "Acorn" platform.
However, Sibelius has released a new version of the program for the windows
95/NT platform, which went on sale in the UK a few weeks ago and in the USA
this week. For more official information, check the Sibelius website at:
