The Charlotte Youth Symphony wants to buy a bass clarinet. As a parent on
the Symphony Committee, I have to vote on how much to spend and what to buy.
The manager of the Orchestra plays the clarinet and wants to spend $5,000.
Since I will have to help lead the fund raising I would like opinions on
what to buy and how much to spend.
