I have the same problem. Here is my list of helpful hints for fellow
sufferers:

1) I make sure to always brush my teeth before playing. (This is the most
helpful.)
2) A sip of tap-water before playing also seems to help (not mineral water).
3) Think of medicine every once in a while (only partly joking!).
4) Keep your swab handy.
5) When recording, remember not to suck out the moisture after playing until
the few seconds of silence is over!

I would also be grateful for more hints on this problem.
