I can recomend two sources for the study of reed making. The first,
course is Kalmen Opperman's Handbook for Making and Adjusting Single
Reeds published by Chappell. Though it is currently out of print, there
are plenty of copies floating around. The other book is A Book for the
Clarinet Reed-Maker by Ron Vazquez, RV Publishing, P.O. Box 3232,
Annapolis MD 21403, 410-757-6991.

Best of Luck
