Just a followup...

Thanks for all the feedback to my question
(where to find musical notation joke "Based on
a cro-magnon skinning chant")

Someone thought that the perpetrator was a Jack Stamp, and some other
people gave me Jack Stamp's address. But someone else mailed me a better
photocopy, where the copyright marking is clearly John Stump, not Stamp.
It gives a 1991 address for him in California; I have written to him to
see how to obtain a legal imprint.
