Well when the buildup of spit occurs you can always just suck it right
out.

No joke, either. Believe me, at the music camp at Crane, Dr. Topolewski
always was yelling at the saxes for the popcorn sound when there's lots
of spit in it.

Now if you're talking about a *lot* of spit maybe it'll take something a
little more than what I've suggested, and that's where I'll have to stop
my advice...
