See ya.

"NO! I'M RIGHT! YOU'RE WRONG!" It's Wagnerian type, holier than Thou =
attitudes that are the problems, not just people saying yes I agree, or =
agreeing to disagree.=20

Good luck to all of you. I am going back to the real world where people =
can have their own opinions, and not have to be verbally accosted by them. =
Thank you George L. for your "opinion" that other's opinions are worthless,=
unless they match yours. The blame is not all yours though. 3 or 4 people =
on this list have recently been accosting all that disagree with them, =
even though it is possible (if not probable) that in different people's =
lives, different outcomes or perceptions ARE valid. That's how we learn. =
Grow up. I can find more 3 dimensional understanding from a child. At =
least they question before they say "NO...YOU OPINION IS WRONG, MINE IS =
RIGHT."

Some people on this list (a SMALL contingency, I might point out) recently =
have taken it upon themselves to degrade people's thoughts and undermine =
their intelligence by invalidating their perceptions based on their =
experiences. Sounds like Wagner could be alive in a lot more than the =
history books. If you are tired of being downgraded for thinking differentl=
y than a few other self-righteous people, SPEAK UP! Express yourself. That =
is the only way to tell these people that "I AM A HUMAN BEING AND HAVE =
VALID THOUGHTS THAT MAY OR MAY NOT AGREE WITH YOURS. I DO NOT NEED YOUR =
OPINION TO MATCH MINE TO VALIDATE MY THOUGHTS!" Factual disagreement is =
great, and necessary for intellectual growth. Petty egos are not.

I will be signing off the list. I resent that I will not be able to be =
involved in the discussions and learn from the varied insights of the =
people on the list anymore. I have learned a lot of tips from many of the =
contributing members, especially on teaching techniques of problems in =
student's playing that I haven't seen yet. I will file those away, and use =
them when the opportunity occurs. I refuse to watch people be rudely =
chastised for having a different opinion anymore. Anyone wanting to reach =
me can do so privately. Anyone wanting to express distaste in the childish =
actions of list members should do so to the list, so that these people can =
see that their force-fed opinions are not welcome.
