You might want to look into the Kooiman Thumb rest. It can be adjusted to
match the thumb and hand anatomy. You then have to use less energy to support
the horn, and you can use that energy to concentrate on other area of control
and dexterity. The only downside I see is the price. They are rather
expensive. Good luck!
