State laws are indeed sometimes silly. Full disclosure rather than =
regulating or eliminating the option is more than adequate. People of =
normal intelligence are quite capable of understanding the difference in =
cost and if the convenience or low payments are important to them, they =
should be able to exercise that option. It's just one more example of =
the government trying to protect us from our selves when I personally =
would rather make my own mistakes and learn from them.
