I realized that the list of intervals that I hand out to the freshman
theory and ear training students which identifies the intervals by
"popular" songs, is seriously out of date. Most of the incoming students
do not know, for instance, "Bali High" from _South Pacific_ or "Maria"
from _West Side Story_. I would be most interested in some additional
tunes to help them identify those intervals, especially more recent tunes
that may help individuals in this matter.
