Francois Kloc will treat any of you as he treated me - I'm lucky enough
to be within 3 1/2 hours driving time so I went there personally, but he
also would have done the same fine work had I shipped it in (a Festival
had an unrepairable crack in the upper joint. Francois matched,
repadded, and fine-tuned the joint to the point where the clarinet
sounded better than when it was new.)
