Mine did not come with any, nor did my friend's, whose Greenie arrived two
weeks ago.

Dear Mr Nohe,

Thank you first for all the nice comment about the Green Line Clarinets and I
am glad you are happy with it. You said your instruments didn't came with any
cards or notice. When did you buy your instruments? for your friend that
bought their two weeks ago I am little bit concerned because they should come
with the Platinum Service envelope that has warranty card, identity card and
Platinum Service booklet which has all the information to take care of your
instrument in French and English.
We started this program when I arrived in 97 in the States.
