Try playing the F# using the third finger rather than the middle finger of
your right hand. Then you can tremolo by moving fingers 1 and 2 instead of
1 and 3 (which is much more akward). The F# is usually reasonable enough
for a tremolo. You might even be able to play the F# using fingers 2 and 3
so that you can tremolo using finger 1 alone but on my horn this F# is too
flat.
