The music for the '99 Young Artist Competition is the following:

1. Victor Babin; Hillandale Waltzes pub. by Eble Music
2. Elliot Carter; GRA for Bb Clarinet Alone pub. by Boosey and Hawkes
3. Carl Maria von Weber; Concertino, Op. 26 Fenton Edition

It alone with the High School and Orchestral Competition music appears on
pages 17-18 of the July-August edition of The Clarinet. A quick check of
the ICA website (www.clarinet.org) revealed that the information has not
been updated there yet.
