And yes, I meant E', not Bb'!
Maybe I just didn't make myself clear the first time. :-)

I don't think it's a pad problem. The E' just isn't as sonorous as for
example D', F' or G'. The sound is... well, you can hear much "air". I
hope you understand what I mean.
I thought that this problem with E1 is a common thing and thought that
maybe there is something you can do about it.
