Carl Fischer was an actual manufacturer which also produced the
"Realistic" line of clarinets starting around 1923. I don't know the
start/stop dates for C. Fisher; you should check "The New Langwell
Index: a Dictionary of Musical Wind-Instrument Makers and Inventors", by
W.R. Waterhouse for more info.
