Per Sneezy, the Bruch double concerto has been published by Simrock and the
Grenadilla Society (is the latter still operating?). There was an old
Grenadilla Society LP and, if my memory serves, Thea King has recorded the
piece on Hyperion. Maybe Eduard Brunner, too. There may be one or two other
recordings. I don't know if any are still in print. (I'm not at home, so I
have access neither to my Schwann nor my recordings.)

I'll try to remember to check this evening. If I (remember and) find anything
else, I will post it (unless someone does).
