Sam Ash is 160 W 48th street.

There are a number of stores in that neighborhood that will take his breath
away. If my memory serves me correctly, there is a shop on the second floor
of a building right across the street from Sam Ash that deals primarily in
saxophones--he will be in heaven.

at Christmas and he's interested in buying an alto saxophone.
Does anyone know of music stores there that I could point him to?
