This has already been done. The artist/culprit is none other than Paquito
D'Rivera, who released an album that I heard in college (when mastodons
roamed the Earth). It had a "song" that is unmistakably the 2nd movement of
K. 622--with embellishments, of course.

It's interesting that he chose to use soprano saxophone; Mr. D'Rivera
performs a great deal on clarinet as well.
