There is a new BAND transcription of the Debussy--Premiere Rhaposdy. It
was done by "Miller" and costs $75 for the parts, an extra conductor's
score is $15. It is listed as a medium difficult work and published by
Master Music Publications, PO Box 810157, Boca Raton, FL, 33481-0157.
Their phone is 561-241-6169.

How about doing an original work for clarinet and band? Just ask!
