I just got a flyer about Chamber Music Northwest's Encore series of chamber
concerts. One of them in particular caught my eye. On February 26, 1999, the
Padua Chamber Orchestra will be presenting a set of four pieces, including the
Mozart Clarinet Concerto, K.622, with David Shifrin as soloist.

This concert will be at the Reed College auditorium in Portland, Oregon.
Tickets are $21 and $28 (a student price is available). Their phone number is
503-294-6400, and they have a web site at http://www.cmnw.org.

I suspect this will be an educational experience, and I'm planning to be there!
