I'm unfamiliar with Bill Brannen. This individual has nothing to do with the
Brannen Bros who make flutes, or does he?

Also, David Hattner, you say that you haven't had any adjsutments necessary on
your pads. Did he use traditional felt/pigskin pads, Goretex, or Straubinger
pads?

I have Straubingers in my R-13 and I do think they are just about the greatest
thing since sliced bread.
