You are welcome to disagree - however, the auditioner has no obligation to
admit anything during the audition. If the student wishes to know and
learn from an audition, the appropriate time is later.....after results
are posted.

There is nothing dishonest about smiling and saying thank you.......and if
a student was to receive negative information at an audition, it would be
extremely insensitive on the part of the auditioner. People have been
fired for less.
