Naturally, I feel as if I should have been placed in the top
group. Apparently, I did take the orchestra spot (thanks to everyone who
recommended the Drapkin excerpt book), which would place my higher than
the basses who beat me in the band auditions. Backwards, eh? I GUESS I
could tough it out in lower band for a semester......
