Hi Kevin,

The reason for my comment is some (admittedly limited) evidence I have that the
Buffet "Academy" (sorry for my earlier misspelling) may have existed for at
least part of the same time as either the Evette and Schaeffer model or the
Evette "Master Model" (or may have overlapped both). It just seemed unlikely
to me that, at least while the Academy model was being sold, either of the other
two models might also include "rejected" R13's. Of course, to the extent the
models don't overlap, at least some E&S and Evette "Master Models" may be
"rejected" R13's. It is also possible that the "Academy" was replaced by the
"Master Model." I'd just like to see an "official" chronology of the various
models (and serial numbers) from Buffet. I would also find similar information
about Leblanc and Selmer's "intermediate" instruments interesting.

Best regards,
Jack
