1. I'm certain that Dan will be glad to learn of your interest.
2. I don't have a machine-readable copy of the article. (Access to a
scanner? Perhaps.)
3. I believe that it would definitely be a copyright violation without the
advance permission of the publisher.
4. I wouldn't even consider taking such action without asking the author
first.
5. If the author believes that the article would be of general interest to
the Klarinet community, I suspect he might be willing to send a copy or to
allow it to appear on Sneezy with the appropriate copyright notice. Let's
wait for his return from vacation. In the meantime, interested readers can
probably find it in any large public library (or synagogue library).
6. I'm in my office now without access to the magazine. (I sent yesterday's
message from my home.) If there is interest, I can certainly post contact
information about the publisher and subscriptions for those who may want to
buy the issue just to get Dan's photograph. :)
