I just noticed this. It most certainly would be an infringement of copyright
rules to reproduce the entire article. If someone with access to the article
would write to the publisher, however, they could request (and possibly
receive!) permission to reprint the article. I'd do it but I don't have any
ready access to that magazine, and I'm also busy setting up some pages on
sneezy with new material from one of our members (a couple of sections from
a book on learning to read music - I asked, and he graciously allowed me to
copy the sections onto sneezy).

When in doubt - always ask the publisher or author.
