To all clarinetist computer buffs out there, I just read a very
disturbing report on http://www.msnbc.com about the upcoming Year 2000
computer bug. I had been reading other things off the internet from
people who seemed to be quacks wanting your money to buy their books or
survival kit plans, etc. Seemed unbelievable. But, after reading the
report from a legitimate News site it seems to be potentially a real
problem.

I know this has nothing to do with the clarinet, however it has MUCH to
do with us as clarinetists as well as everyone else. Can anyone shed
some light on us with any inside knowledge on this issue?

Just curious.
