Good question. I don't know enough about the R13's history even to have
thought about it. The S/N is 54033. I could be wrong about when it was made
(I didn't buy it until around 1962) or maybe it isn't even an R13. It's a
Buffet Crampon that Moennig, if he didn't set it up originally, did a lot of
work on both before and after I bought it. Maybe someone else can tell from
the S/N what I actually have.
