Dear Mr Wolman,

I am trying to understand,if it is because of the joint craking or any other
reason he decided to stop handeling our Buffet product.I am also concerned
with the period of time involved as we have made every atempt to prevent this
situation. It will be always possibilities for an instruments to crack in
certain pucentage of cases.
We are pleased to not that since 1996 are frequency of joint fealures has
declined significantly.
