The new Selmer MkIII soprano has high F# and G keys. Yes, the tone hole is
way up there...

Personally, I find the Bb bis key more convenient: can't think of an
occasion when I'd prefer a sliver key over the bis (or the fork) fingerings.

Easier to trill with RH1 or RH2, than LH4?
