Well, no. When one (in this case Ed Maury)says that someone is doing a
"Kreisler" the implication is that they are perpetrating forgery(albeit of
the nicest kind in Kreisler's case.) This is quite different to merely
saying that they have not offered the works for publication, or that the
works are arrangements. This really amounts to " but I want a copy!"

As to how I know the works are "genuine". Klocker once offered to give me a
copy of ANYTHING I particulary would like for a special concert. He is known
for oocasionally giving his students copies of his discoveries, making them
sign declarations that they will not make further copies or pass them on to
publishers etc. If one cares to go to the trouble, some of the works are not
part of his collction and can be traced through libries. Some have been
published twenty years after his recording.

The question remains as to why Klocker doesn't publish them. I can think of
a host of reasons - but I don't HAVE to tell you, do I?
