One sure cure for the G#-A trill......practise a lot!

On some clarinets, with a very fast trill, leave the G# key down and just
trill with the third finger!

Langenus - Book 3, has some excellent trill exercises. Practise these for 30
years or so, and you'll trill beautifully.

My teacher, Jon Mohler, had/has the best technique I have ever seen on the
clarinet. He could hold a pencil between his fingers and still play any
passage in front of him. He swore by the Langenus Book. (And he swore at me
for not practising from it enough - LOL - not really).

Bradly Wong, any comments you want to add?
