I would definitely not play all the scales. Rather, play a variety of
scales: some sharp keys, some flat keys. Also, make sure you include an
adequate number of scales from each category. Personally, I don't think
that they will be looking at scales too much, provided the ones you do play
are solid. They will probably focus more on the prepared pieces. Scales
have been used, in my experience, to distinguish between really close
players and also bump some people up who play the upper octaves. I don't
think it will make you or break you.

My advice: call the college and find out. Explain that you are taping and
ask their advice. It is always a plus to make contact before and if you
give your name you may leave one of the people that will end up listening to
your tape with a positive impression of you for being so thoughtful and not
just doing your own thing.
